Lobby
Bellhop

Doorman as default Bellhop

The lobby is the ground floor of your tower, and the only floor already built at the start of the game. You cannot delete it or move it.

The lobby can hold up to 5 VIPs. They will wander the lobby until you choose to use or evict them. If a friend sends you a Bitizen and your residential floors are full, you can store the Bitizen in the lobby (they will use up one of the VIP slots).

Your tower Doorman is always in the lobby, and their clothes and appearance can be customized to your taste.

When you visit a friend's tower, or someone visits you, the Doorman will represent you. When a friend's Doorman visits in a costume you haven't unlocked, you unlock that appearance (and vice versa when you visit them).

Lobby features[]

If you tap on the lobby, the following features will be available to you:

  • You can change the name of the lobby.
  • View any stored Bitizens from friends.
  • VIPs: View any stored VIPs; tap to place them in the elevator and use them. Tap the "X" next to their name to evict them.
  • Paint: Changes the color combination of the current lobby.
  • Remodel: Customize the appearance or the lobby. Need Bux or VIP Package for unlock.

Lobby rename[]

It is a common strategy to rename your lobby with the nickname you want friends to know you by. Some people add their friend code alongside the nick. Renaming your lobby can help organize golds, storage towers, clones, etc. and may give you more visits.

Lobby Codes[]

The community uses a coding system for the lobby to give even more info than your nickname, seen below. Note different symbols can be combined.

Symbol Meaning
+ Share my friend code
- Don't share my friend code
X Do not send me any clones or random bits
D Don't sent me clones; I will accept random bits
# Don't send random bits; I will accept clones according to either * or F
* I want clones, don't send them to anyone but me
F I want clones, but fill someone's request with my clone if it matches
$ I accept gold bits for rehoming
L Long term storage; contact first and rename bits

References:

  • Clone: Bitizen that looks exactly the same as your doorman. Generated when visiting friends and landing on a empty residential floor.
  • Random bit: Bitizen you did not request, either gold or not gold.
  • Gold bit: Bitizen with a max skillset (9's in every skill category)

Remodel Appearance[]

When the player first begins, they will start out with the basic Lobby, which looks like an average real-life lobby. It can be upgraded into different looks using Bux. Buying the VIP package unlocks all of them instantly and for free. The upgrades are purely cosmetic. Also you can browse here.

Some lobbies are only available during Seasonal Events.
